I paid my subscrption this morning, but i dont need to use Zoom anymore, is it possible to return my money? I didnt use Zoom since payment. I look forward to your feedback

Hi @jclaudino suggest looking through the knowledge base on Refunds for paid plans to see if you're eligible. 

 

Because you used PayPal as your payment method, refund methods maybe differ. Just wanted to throw in this Knowledge Base from PayPal on How do I issue a refund? that you may need to reference to.
