I mistakenly purchased the large meeting and Zoom One Pro when I wanted to purchase the webinar license.  Is there a way to cancel and switch over to a webinar license?

у меня тоже самая проблема. тех поддержка не отвечает. уже 2 день. Отменить план нажала потом через несколько секунд деактивировала. Потом через 2 часа смотрю  ничего нету, который оплаченный Большая конференция исчезла. Что мне делать? Никто толком не отвечает а там большая сумма было оплачено
