Windows's Outlook desktop client

Windows's Outlook desktop client immediately deletes "***********" email. However, it doesn't put them in the deleted folder. It just gets rid of the email. I have checked with my ESP, and they can't see where the issue lies on the outlook side. Has anyone encountered this and consequently found a solution?
