Where is the Pause subscription option?

What happened to the option to put a subscription on pause?  It used to be an option when you clicked on Cancel Subscription.  Now it's gone?  I need to put mine on hold for a few months.  I don't see why I should pay for pro plan if I'm NOT using it.  So the only option now is to cancel??

I understand that you would like to temporarily pause your subscription after making a payment for (requested date). I'm happy to help!

 

Please ensure that your pop-up blocker is turned off for this to ensure that the pop-up dialogue appears.

 

If you wish to pause your subscription, you will need to do so after the account is renewed. Below are the steps you can follow to temporarily pause your subscription for up to a period of 3 months

  1. Log in to zoom.us
  2. On the left navigation panel, go to Account Management > Billing
    Click on Cancel Plan.
  3. Upon clicking, a pop-up should appear. Click on Would you like to pause instead? highlighted in blue
  4. Select the term from the dropdown and click on Pause Plan.

Once confirmed, the account will be paused until the selected term expires. Upon expiry, the account will automatically be charged

 

Note: Starting July 2023, certain account owners and admins will notice a dedicated Plans and Billing section within their ADMIN menu.
