When you sign up for a zoom membership, you cannot receive a code email.

Hello, I am using Symantec .cloud email security solution. I did not set it up separately, but other accounts receive code mail, but only that account cannot receive code mail when registering as a member. I have also registered the zoom-us domain on the whitelist.
