Webinar subscription cancellation without notice / losing current planned event

Hi,

I'm shocked.

I got my access to my option webinar cancelled (annual billing) without notice. Losing my past event archive and current planned event (next week).

If I re-subscribe now, will I find back all my past and current record as I it was.

Thanks for you inputs.

The same thing happened to me this past week and I am hosting a webinar this Monday which has dissappeared of course. Zoom help is slower than a slug and they do not help. Plus the fees have increased at least 200 USD..Did you find a solution? Please let me know as this is urgent! Thank you, matsia

Sorry ! Sooooo slow and not really focus on your issue.

They told me that by subscribing back, I would find my archives back. I don't event want to believe so.
