Want to change my email but have used it before for a free acount. How do I do that?

I had a free account under my 1st email address. With my 2nd address, I have a licensed account. I thought I deleted my free account but, when I went to my licensed account and tried to change the email to my 1st email address, it said that it is already in use. I truly prefer to use my 1st email address on my licensed account. Is there a way to do this? Thank you for any help you can offer.

Hi @MsG1962,
In order to update your first email to your licensed account, you will have to delete/terminate the free/basic account first (1st email address). After the free/basic account is deleted/terminated, you will be able to update your licensed account with the 1st email address.
