I'VE BEEN CHARGED FOR MONTHS AND IT SAYS I'M ON BASIC PLAN. I'VE EMAILED AND TRIED TO REACH A SUPPORT AGENT BUT IT'S BEEN IMPOSSIBLE! IDK WHAT ELSE TO DO BUT CANCEL MY CARD. 

 

HELP ME PLEASE ZOOM - THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

This is happening to me too. Did you ever figure out how to cancel you subscription. Ridiculous!
