The body seems to have disappeared so here goes again

The Business account has a minimum of 10 USERS, so you can easily change from 1 x Pro account to 10 x Business accounts.  And end up with a monthly bill going from £15 to £150.  No notification, just an unpleasant realising when credit card bill arrives.

DO NOT USE BUSINESS unless you like big charges.

That is correct, the types of plans are determined by the number of licenses the plan has

PRO plan from 1 to 9 licenses
BIZ plan from 10 to 49 licenses
ENT plan from 50 licenses onwards.

If your credit card was automatically charged directly through the Zoom portal, you can cancel your subscription and the difference in unused time will be refunded to you
