I was offered the chance to upgrade my account. I logged in to see what account I am using and what I pay - but that information was not available, only the offer to upgrade. The chatbot was no help. Where can I find my account information so I can compare? This is a time drain...

Hi there, 

To see your current account plan, sign in to the Zoom web portal at zoom.us. From the My Account page, click your profile photo in the top right and select Plans and Billing from the dropdown. From there, you will be able to view current plan information, pending plans, billing information, and more. Let me know if you have any issues!
