Hallo, ich bekomme kein Upgrade vom Basic Tarif zum Pro Tarif. Ich habe eine gültige Ust Nr, jedesmal schreibt das System, dass diese nicht korrekt sei bzw ungültig sei. was kann ich jetzt machen? Ich brauche sie für mein Business!

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue. The number is not valid, but that is not true. Also, I need an invoice, which apparently you are not providing without a valid USt-Nr. So turning in circles with no result. What now? How to proceed?
