I upgraded to PRO on 8 March have an invoice and have paid for the upgraded however my account still appears to be marked as basic and I have an urgent need to use the longer recording time. Please help

We are having the same issue, two payments have gone out of the account, but still showing as 'basic' so we are limited to 40 minutes. Amy assistance would be appreciated 

Very disappointing Sarah and of course almost impossible to contact Zoom. I am pretty disappointed with them.

There doesn't seem to be any licence on my account to assign to me, and I can only use the online chat bot as my account is showing basic membership which doesn't allow the online webchat
