Upgrade Zoom version not available under profile picture?

Hi everyone,

I just want to update my Zoom version to the next. I think I might be on an older version as it tells me I can't add virtual backgrounds with my current version ex. But when I ask to update the instructions say to click my profile picture and the option will appear but it doesn't for me. I only see Plans & Billing and Sign out buttons when I click my profile pic.

I am thinking you have a Basic zoom account. If yes, I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall zoom to update your Zoom app. Steps here:
