On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Updating payment method

I'm trying to update my card payment as the current one expires soon.  I'm a UK subscriber with a pro account

When I fill in details of the new card and press "change card" below message pops up followed by an endless loop where nothing happens  I've tried this several times  The address on my account is a full UK address, unchanged

Hi @dudley for this one, I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here. Let me know if you need any assistance along the way when creating the ticket 🙂
