Updating Workspace. I have paid to update from Basic to Pro. But my Zoom is STILL showing Basic.

Updating Workspace. I have paid to update from Basic to Pro. But my Zoom is STILL showing Basic. How do I make my Zoom go to Pro now?

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

If you have a Pro account (paid), but your account is showing as Basic (free) or your meetings get cut off at 40 minutes, you may not have a license assigned to you or may be signed in to the wrong account.

You can check out this article on troubleshooting paid accounts still showing as basic.

But no, I have not heard of the AI Companion.
