Update of Terms of Service and Privacy Statement

Hi
I got an E-Mail, saying that Terms of Service and Privacy Statement will change and one has to read and accept this new terms.
As I am not a native English-speaker (and I do not like to read tons of pages) I am wondering, if there is a document of delta ... (Document, saying what is effectively changing)
