Unlink personal account from company

My personal zoom account has been linked/associated with a company that I was recently laid off from. How do I get unlinked so that I can control my account, as the company IT has been unresponsive to my communications.

I switched from Google Enterprise to Exchange, but my work email is the same, however, none of the plugins work. I see linked account sign-in is linked to Google instead of Exchange, but there’s no way for me to unlink google sign-in sor i can link to exchange sign-in. This is a problem because now it says i need “admin account” on exchange to install the calendar plugin. I have removed the mail & Calendar setting that looks at Google Calendar, but I cannot link it to exchange. The email address is the same for both.
