I made a one-time payment of $15.99 to Zoom on December 31, 2023, and was surprised to see that another payment was processed today. The details are as follows: Account Number: ********** Payment Method: PayPal Payment Date: 01/31/2024 Amount: 15.99 US Dollar

 

I was very clear I made a one-time payment and didn't check the automatic payment. I used it twice after payment because I needed to use the app without interruption. I was surprised that a payment of $15.99 was processed. I have gone ahead to canceled the subscription on Zoom but want my payment refunded.
