Unauthorised payment

Zoom is taking money out of my bank account but the bank says I need to stop the account with Zoom. I have no idea what account they are taking money from so can't contact them and stop the payments.

I've raised a ticket but that seems pointless.

How do I stop Zoom helping themselves to money out of my bank account?

Hi @elizabethhind1 advise looking at the Knowledge Base article on Canceling your subscription. If you're still having issues, please reach out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here

 I did that and created a ticket - BIL0396256. I created it 7 days ago and have not had any response.
