Unable to use zoom on Ventura 13

Good morning
I really hope to get an answer from your team soon!
 
I use a MacBook that can upgrade only up to Ventura 13.6.3 and I have only been notified after zoom collected the yearly payment last week, that I am not able to run zoom on my computer.
I think this is not fair and I would appreciate being reimbursed as soon as possible
