  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies: Then sign in to your Zoom account and attempt purchase.

  2. Update your payment details: Zoom Payment Settings

  3. Try an alternative payment method: Use a different credit card or payment option.

  4. Contact your bank: Reach out to your financial institution in case the issue is on their end.
