Unable to access licensed account

The trouble began when I repeatedly selected an old password for my Zoom login. (I had more than one saved in my password vault.)  I ended up locked out of Zoom before an important meeting but logged in using the password reset feature.

After the meeting, I noticed my account was "basic" and not "licensed."  When I attempt to use links for future scheduled meetings, I receive a message that "the host has not signed in."  So, it appears the licensed account is still out there somewhere, and it uses the same email address as the new, basic account.

How do I regain the licensed account?

Hey @David65  for this you will need to submit a ticket to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 and for the Request Type: Account Management, About: Unable to access email. After submitting the ticket be on the lookout for a follow-up email to the email address you provided.
