URGENTE - Plan downgrade (Zoom Pro User 51201352)

Hallo,

I try from several days to downgrade one of my plans, but i receive no answer from zoom support.

Tomorrow is the renewal date, but i don't need a plan for 5.000 users; I want the prevoius one, for 500 users.

I need help because no one answer me.
