Transfer Pro License. Keep existing Meeting ID

I have several Pro License that I have been managing for a group of people. Without disrupting their existing meetings (the generated Meeting ID) can I transfer ownership of that license to them.

 

I have read in these discussions that I can downgrade the license to BASIC, and then that user via their Zoom account, can purchase a Pro License...but I am trying to do this for 12 people....can this be done without them losing their existing meetings and unique ID for each meeting?
