Timed out after 40 minutes on my laptop, but works fine on my desktop

I purchased PRO to have my meetings last longer than 40 minutes. It has worked fine on my desktop. When I went out of town and tried Zooming on my laptop it timed out at 40 minutes. What do I need to do so I can use my laptop when out of town?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Rick-69.

 

My guess is that you are signed into two different accounts. Log out on your laptop using the Zoom Web Portal at https://zoom.us/profile and log in again. If you are also logged into an installed Zoom App, log out and back in there as well.  You can be logged into the same account on two devices.
