Hello. Something like this is happening again. We have purchased 5 PRO licenses on the account, including one 500+ license. On the day of the training, all licenses are revoked, and it is not possible to assign licenses to the account because the message "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit." is displayed, despite the fact that there are 5 active licenses until October 2023. Of course, it is not possible to connect with technical support by phone because "Your account is not supported for phone support." How to contact support, or can someone responsible for this contact me here because what is happening is already ridiculous...
