Taking money from my a//c for 2 + years I have got nothing]

I have been paying zoom £15 a month for nearly 3 years I log into today and see no record of my money,  I am not allowed to talk to a human as they say I pay nothing and ltd my call to $0mins

Where is my money.  It is not helped by having Parkinsons's Disease and nobody from Zoom will speak to me

Can ANYone Help Me
