I have 2 accounts. One I'm paying for and one is free. Both accounts have separate emails associated with them. The paying account is associated with my personal email. The free one is associated with my business account. I want to change my business zoom is what I'm paying and that my Zoom account will not be associated with my personal email.

It seems that you can add your business one to your personal one first and they swap the ownership.

Just invite your free account in the paid account, then you can just switch the paid license from one to the other when needed. That can be done on the web portal, under user management.
