I've fully paid my subscription for the current year of annual Zoom One Pro Subscriptions but my plan is still basic. I've been waiting for hours for it to change from basic to Zoom One Pro but it still haven't change yet despite I fully paid the subscription. Do you guys know how to solve this problem? I feel like I got scammed 😭

Hi @Eksten953 from https://zoom.us/account/user#/ are you able to Assign any Zoom licenses to yourself?

  1. Click User Management, then Users.
  2. Locate or search for the user who you want to assign a license.
  3. Click Edit at the end of the user row.
    This will open a window.
  4. Click Save.
The license is now applied to the user and they can use it immediately.
