Subscription Center Report including Zoom Phone Charges

Below some steps can help you out:

Step 1: Access Account Management

- Log in to your Zoom account
- Click on "Account Management" (gear icon)

Step 2: Navigate to Subscription Center

- Click on "Subscription Center"
- Select "Reports"

Step 3: Create a New Report

- Click on "Create Report"
- Choose "Zoom Phone"
- Select the desired report frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly)

Step 4: Customize Report Columns

- Click on "Columns"
- Add the following columns:
- "Cost Center"
- "Charge"
- Any other desired columns (e.g., "Usage", "Date")

Step 5: Save and Schedule Report

- Click "Save"
- Choose a report format (e.g., CSV, Excel)
- Set up email delivery or SFTP transfer (if desired)

Step 6: Verify Report

- Check your email or SFTP transfer for the report
- Ensure the report includes the desired columns (Cost Center, Charge, etc.)

I'm unable to go any further than Step 3, I click on subscription center and do not have an option of "Create Report" I only see "Add" 

If I Add a report for "Report or Dashboard" I can choose Call Logs but there is nothing more I can configure. I do not see an option to add columns. Are these real steps you've done or is this a bot?
