Stopping One Pro getting back to Standard Pro

Hi,

I´ve had a Standard Pro account, which has been charged for on a yearly basis. Then I added One Pro, which is now charged for monthly. I would like to stop the One Pro, but it looks like, when I cancel, it cancels the whole account. But I want to keep the Standard Pro.

Any ideas how to do that? Or how to contact a real person of zoom support?
