i have paid my bill, but at 20 February i receive a notification on my zoom account that there is a "Credit" on my Payment History. Inside the invoice it written : Credit Balance Adjustment but i have not receive my money back, and my account subscription still on basic. somebody can help? thanks
Halo kak, did you use the Wise app? They said it will take 7-14 days for Zoom to process it. Skrg invoice nya jadi ada 2, yg satu berstatus "credit" dan jumlahnya less than what I transferred, lalu ada another outstanding balance yg jumlahnya kecil. Ak mikir mungkin uangnya kepotong tax dll which I paid, also using Wise. Skrg jadi ada 2 invoice: 1st one is the invoice of the initial date that I had to pay (status: paid), 2nd is the invoice with "credit" status. No more outstanding balance, but my Zoom account is still on basic. Sudah hampir gila ngurus ini, hahaha
hello! I have a credit on my account that ZOOM did not apply to my balance before taking my credit card payment. Did you ever get your credit refunded? I'm on hold now to talk to someone. It's over 19 minutes I have been on hold. so frustrating
