Set a custom text for the activation emails

Hi,

I am the account owner in our college and I was wondering whether it is possible to change or add information to the activation mail sent to new users. Especially bothering me is that my email address is displayed in there, therefore I get many reply messeges from pending users, and would want them to see our IT support email instead.

Haven't found anything about this in support.zoom.

Thanks;

Tal.

Although I've never done it, but it should be possible with Branding.

That should give you access to things like variables for email templates, and among that I've found:

String variables, where maybe one of those will be what you are looking for:

- email

- userEmail

But like I said - I'm not 100% sure about that.

@Tal_TelHai just adding to @LK_EXN reply, but when editing your branding from https://zoom.us/account/branding#/emails you have the following email templates to edit: Zoom Account Sign In Assistant and Zoom Account Sign Up Assistant which may help!

Hello,

This isn't for the activation email, but should still help you.

In admin > Account management> Account profile > change

"Account Support Information" with the edit button.

  • Account Support Information
    • Additional support instructions:  Click Additional Support Instructions and enter any specific support instructions that should be made visible to your users.
    • Specify who to contact for support:  Click Edit and enter the name and email address of an individual or team in your organization that users can contact for support.  Messages generated by Zoom will be sent to this contact instead of the account owner.
