Scarico Report presenze

Ciao. I rapporti dovrebbero sicuramente essere ancora lì a meno che tu non abbia forse cambiato il tuo tipo di account in base? Potresti postare uno screenshot di ciò che vedi nella scheda dei rapporti? Assicurati solo di non pubblicare alcuna informazione privata.

Hi. The reports should definitely still be there unless you have maybe changed your account type to basic (free)? Could you maybe post a screenshot of what you see on the reporting tab? Just make sure to not post any private information.

Salve, non riesco a scaricare i report presenze. Fino a qualche mese fa si andava su report, organizzatori attivi e poi partecipanti. Adesso questa funzione non esiste più. Mi sapete dire come posso scaricare le presenze/report  delle persone che accedono alle riunioni?

anche io ho un account a pagamento e NON son più come scaricare i report . Fino a qualche mese fa si andava su report, organizzatori attivi e poi partecipanti.

COME POSSO FARE? Devo scaricare i report per lavoro.

You can download your reports in your web portal via Reports > Usage Reports.

Please note that we consolidated active hosts, meetings, and webinars reports into a single 'Meeting and webinar history' report. Simply locate the desired meeting and click on the blue, highlighted number in the "Participants" column to view a list of all participants. The meeting and webinar registrations now appear as a separate report.
