Retired, need to buy a new account

I recently retired and lost access to my workplace zoom account. I'm trying to buy an account, but Zoom keeps insisting I already have one. Help!

I have tried all my email addresses (I have three), but zoom evidently has linked all of those addresses to the workplace account.
