Hello, My Zoom subscription was automatically renewed, and I was charged without my intention. I did not plan to continue the subscription, and this payment was unintended. Since the renewal date, I have not used the service at all. Could you please cancel the subscription and issue a refund?

Haven't received it yet, please help me resolve this issue am really begging. You can also help me with the transaction details so I can also show it to the bank to confirm if they can help me with it also.

I have reviewed your account and noted that the subscription was cancelled more than a week after the annual renewal date. When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle and you can still use your paid plan(s) until the end of your service period.
