Hello, My Zoom subscription was automatically renewed, and I was charged without my intention. I did not plan to continue the subscription, and this payment was unintended. Since the renewal date, I have not used the service at all. Could you please cancel the subscription and issue a refund?

I am writing to request assistance with a refund for a Zoom Pro subscription that was inadvertently charged to an incorrect account. The transaction was made via Google Pay using the Gmail address ***********, which is not my personal email address. The account that was debited for this subscription also does not belong to me, and the account owner is requesting a refund for this unauthorized charge.

My correct Gmail address is ***********. Could you please investigate this issue and process a refund to the original payment method? I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I have a bill since October. My account was canceled on 10/27/2025, but it was also renewed. If you check it can be verified. Thank you
