Request for Licensed Account Cancellation and Reversal of Credit Card Amount

Dear Zoom Support,

 

I would like to request the immediate cancellation of my Licensed Zoom Meetings Education account, which was erroneously auto-renewed last 16 December 2022 to my saved credit card details. We already contacted a third-party supplier to provide us with the same Zoom License, and we would appreciate it if you can immediately process the reversal of the Annual License Fee of $1,800.00 which was credited to my credit card.

Thank you very much and we hope for your immediate response.
