How do I know my actual renewal date? I got an email stating it’s due & yet I went to pay it & it states no invoices. It shows I renewed did in September.

Hey @cindy_leos if you go to https://zoom.us/billing, are you not able to see your subscription period, the service effective date, or the next invoice date?
