Renewal per year instead of per month not possible

My yearly subscription to Zoom Pro is due on November 29, 2023. Until last year, I have gotten a yearly reminder of automatic yearly renewal.

This year, I was asked specifically to renew manually, otherwise I would be put on the monthly plan. I have tried to renew a couple of times but it’s not possible.

Can anybody help with making sure I will be billed annually automatically?
