Renew Zoom One Pro (Switching from Reseller to Zoom directly)

Hi Everyone,

I would like to renew my Zoom One Pro but instead of renewing it via a reseller, can I renew it directly with Zoom?

If the reply is Yes,

- Can someone provide a high level overview on the process?

- Can I maintain and continue to use the same sign in email address (when my license was from the reseller) once I renewed with Zoom?

Hi @UWing I suggest contacting your Zoom Account rep to move forward with this. If you need help getting your Sales Rep’s contact information, you can get that information by reaching out to Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here!
