how to remove credit card infromation? i already submitting the ticket but still no response

Hi there! To edit your credit card information, please do the following: 

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then Billing.
  3. Click the Billing Information tab.
  4. Scroll to the Payment Method section, then click Edit.
