Reclaiming a business Zoom account from a disgruntled “owner”.

Several months ago, my organization transferred the administration of our Zoom to a new administrator. Regrettably, this new administrator has left the organization and taken the Zoom account with him. If we are unsuccessful in getting back the account, what are our best options to prevent abuse of the account?

If the account owner is no longer with the company and you cannot access their email, contact Zoom Support to change the owner. You will be required to verify your identity, relationship to the account, and billing information for your request to be considered.
