Purchased webinar for 1 months but cannot see it available in my account - help

Hello 

 

I have a licensed account (one year license) and just bought the webinar for one month as need to use it this month. Nonetheless, after purchasing it, cannot see it available to be used. How can I sort this out?

Hi @mariasylvia! I would double-check to see if the license is assigned to your profile at https://zoom.us/profile > Account > License. If this is not assigned, you can look into the KB on Assigning Zoom licenses and assign the license to see if you're able to use your webinar license.
