Providing license information to new user

I am the owner/admin.  I have a few licenses.  I assigned one of the licenses to a new user.  What information do I need to provide to her in order for her to access the license assigned to her?  Thank you.

@Effi, if she already has an user set up in your account, then she can just start using it once you assign it to her.  She will not need to do anything to accept the license or activate it.
