Process for Refund of TDS Amount

I raised the same query with the support team this morning but am unsatisfied with the answer. Please help us with this query. 

As we plan to take up the business plan for the year, there may be instances where TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) is deducted from payments made to vendors or service providers. However, in some cases, the TDS certificate may not be available when making the payment, leading to a higher deduction of TDS.

In such situations, claiming a refund of the excess TDS amount is possible after submitting the TDS certificate.
