Problems with the changing of email

Good afternoon, I want to change the login in my account, but I do not have access to the previous one, to confirm, what should I do?

im assuming that the email you used is with a previous employer? is there a reason you don't want to create a new Zoom account with the new login credentials?

I also assume that you want to retain your account to keep all your previous meeting data, recordings, etc. 

if you were in a business account group even if they remove you from that business account, all of that data would be lost.
