Dear Zoom,

 

The annual pricing of full version is too much for educational institutions. My university does not have the budget to pay for the upgraded version. My private teacher rate is not high enough to justify the upgraded zoom subscription. Is there any chance you can offer us reduced education rate? I would be very grateful. Thanks for your response..

Dear Zoom team,

 

My request is of the same nature. We are an educational association and are facing enormous financial hardship. We cannot afford to pay the annual subscription and would like to have licenses reduced. 

Your assistance in this matter would be much appreciated.

I hope that we can get some response from Zoom, although I notice it is a corporate tactic of 2024 to be inaccessible to client feedback. Perhaps we should post publicly on FB / X or even Trust Pilot? 😌🙏 BKM
