Olá! No dia 02/04/25 eu solicitei assinatura mensal no valor de US$ 10,08, porém vocês estão me cobrando essa assinatura e também o valor da assinatura anual no valor de US$ 159,90 feita em 07/04/2025 na minha fatura de cartão de crédito.

 

Por favor, eu não quero a assinatura anual e sim somente a assinatura mensal e peço que façam o reembolso de US$ 159,90 em minha fatura de cartão de crédito, eu não posso pagar esse valor alto. 

 

Por favor, me ajudem. Muito obrigada.

I have reviewed your account and can confirm that you are currently subscribed to an annual plan. Both payments you mentioned are related to the same subscription - one is a prorated charge and the other is the annual renewal fee.

If you would like to change to a monthly Billing cycle, please see the following step-by-step instructions:
