Post-billing still getting message

We have a megaevent tomorrow and outstanding payment message started showing from the evening. We paid on Aug 29, and apparently it got refunded on Sept 1 (no message received). We saw the message today on dashboard so we paid again using a different credit card this afternoon, the contradictory messages are still showing. Please help ASAP because event is 9 am IST tomorrow.
