On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hello @AshleyV ,

I just want to make sure that you are going into the web client and not the Zoom Workplace app. Are you going to the address HTTP://zoom.us in your browser of choice? Is this on a phone or a computer and what operating system are you using?

Hello @AshleyV

You are a basic member of a pro-licensed account. Check your "Account Profile" tab on the bottom left-hand side of your account page. If you wish to upgrade to a pro license, you must ask the owner (email in the screenshot (blocked out)) or disassociate from this account and start your aaccount.

I am doing this on my MAC computer. I am just doing this on the zoom home page after I sign into my account

Well that did it! How weird and confusing this is, I had no idea my account was owned by someone else. Is this normal for basic accounts?
